1 ½ parts tequila
3 parts margarita mix
¼ honeydew melon
½ tbsp sugar or to taste
Remove and discard rind and seeds from melon and cut the fruit into small halv-inch cubes. Freeze melon cubes in a sealable plastic bag at least three hours and up to one week.
Puree frozen honeydew in a blender with tequila and margarita mix until smooth. Pour into margarita glass.
